Many of us are already computer users, including children. Excessive use of the computers can also bring injury to our bodies, especially our hands and wrists.
Here are some exercises that we can do in order to protect our valuable hands and keep our wrists and fingers flexible.
The simplest thing to do is to stretch. Extend your right arm in front of you and position your hand like you are signalling stop. Then gently but firmly pull back each finger. After that, pull all the fingers back together to stretch the fingers and the palm. Do this with your other hand. Repeat one more time. Do this at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon, while you are working in the computer.
Keep doing this every day, especially if your hands are already feeling strained. After some time, you will feel that the circulation in your hands has improved and your hands are more nimble.
